Mancos Wellness Talks – 2022 Series: “The 8 Dimensions of Wellness”
Wellness is a multidimensional, holistic, evolving state and process of achieving your full potential. It is subjective, personalized, individual, cultural and situational. One’s own sense of wellness may change based on experiences, age, life stage and values. Wellness is about balance, moderation and avoiding social comparison. It is comprised of the following dimensions: physical, social, intellectual, emotional, mental, financial, vocational and spiritual.
The theme of this year’s series is “The 8 Dimensions of Wellness”. From April through November, we will explore a different dimension. You can use these 8 dimensions to map out a personal pathway to becoming a healthier, happier version of YOU.
July 13 – Occupational Dimension
August 10 – Financial Dimension
September 14 – Social Dimension
October 12 – Spiritual Dimension
November 9 – Environmental Dimension
Achieving wellness is a lifestyle and a personalized approach to living life in a way that allows you to become the best kind of person that your potential, circumstances, and fate will allow. Join us at the Mancos Wellness Talks and map YOUR future pathway to wellness.
